AREA MAP

Hola! Welcome to Argentina! Many of you have just disembarked our Antarctica Gay Expedition. There are no activities planned until our welcome meeting at 6PM, followed by dinner.

Our day begins with a private tour of Perito Moreno Glacier – one of Patagonia’s premier tourist attractions. It covers 250 sq km (97 sq mi) and is one of a few advancing glaciers (most are receding). We'll enjoy a boxed lunch on site before taking a join-in nautical safari. The evening is yours to explore or relax.

Today we’re off to Estancia Cristina, a distinctly Argentine style ranch where we’ll enjoy a nature walk and boat ride upon Argentino Lake – the country’s biggest freshwater lake. A boxed lunch is included. We'll head back to the hotel for another free night to enjoy the facilities, surroundings, or an optional dinner.

Today we'll enjoy a full-day private tour of Argentinian Lake and El Calafate, the gateway city to this magical region. We'll visit the Glaciarium, an info centre that serves as a primer on the surrounding glaciers. A highlight will be Rios de Hielos boat trip. After a long day of touring, we'll kick back at the hotel and enjoy its amenities.

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Punta Arenas vis-à-vis Puerto Natales, with a border crossing, and a bus-switcheroo. The journey is long but scenic, offering some of the best views of Chilean Patagonia. When we arrive at the hotel, you can head up to your room to get settled before our Farewell Dinner. Alternatively, you may end your tour this morning in El Calafate - and by doing so, save $200 on the price of your tour! Your departure transfer to the airport would still be included!

It’s the last day of our tour, with no activities scheduled. You’ll be transferred to Punta Arenas airport, where you can catch your flight home, or to Santiago for our Chile Grapes, Grit & Stargazing tour.
