Summer is swerving to the finish line and if you’re anything like us, you’d hate to slam the breaks just yet. One solution to keep your summer cruising is a tropical fall tour.
In a rare turn, we have space left on our autumn Myanmar, Thailand and Cuba gay tours, all of which will have you slathered in SPF 50. “Not hot enough,” you say? Well, our Moroccan Souks and Sands adventure will have you sweating in the Sahara this September.
A word of advice: don’t take too long humming and hawing over which tour is right for you. As the temperature drops, men inevitably come racing into our office to book up whatever slots they can spend their hard earned vacation days on.
Journey from Casablanca to Marrakech through moody desert landscapes, kasbahs, and villages. Picnic in mountain gorges, learn to cook the perfect couscous, and immerse yourself in labyrinthine souks. You’ll also discover the ruins of a Sultan’s city that was built to mimic Versailles, stay in a hotel made of Saharan sand, and find tranquility in a traditional riad surrounded by the frenzy of a medina. All-in-all, the sounds, smells, and flavours of North Africa will infuse your memories for years to come on this magical adventure through Morocco.
Sep. 15 – Sep. 25, $3250 USD
There’s a reason Myanmar is often dubbed the ‘Golden Land’, and this tour celebrates why. We’ll begin in Rangoon (Yangon), a city defined by the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda, then fly to Mandalay where we’ll immerse ourselves in quaint villages. From there, a luxurious riverboat journey brings us to the fabled 11th-century capital of Bagan, where you can walk, cycle or balloon amongst the ancient temple ruins. Finally, our adventure wraps with us zooming around Inle Lake while indulging in the hospitality of the Shan people.
Nov. 6 – Nov. 16, $3750 USD
The Land of Smiles awaits on this exquisite journey. We begin in Bangkok, wandering the Grand Palace and devouring the street food. We’ll then explore the famous temples of Northern Thailand, spend time with Chiang Mai’s Asian elephants, and learn about the once-bustling poppy industry at the Hall of Opium. To wrap up our adventure, we hit the island of Phuket, where restaurants and nightlife compete with the beaches. Please note: our December departure coincides with New Year’s Eve, and includes an extra night of accommodation in Phuket to round it off as a fantastic 11-day adventure!
